As result of a four year cooperation, on May 2008 the two charter members have decided to formalize their common path with the establishment of a Firm that could be able to underline, also in its name, the community of their purposes.

 The Firm is currently breaking onto the national and international economic scene and focus mainly on the industrial and commercial sectors. The Firm's corporate philosophy is based on providing high quality services in a short period of time by combining professional skills acquired both as tax consultants working with large Firms and in Italian Tax Authorities Offices after several experience years in companies tax inspections.

By combining these various professional skills, we are further able to analyze and fully resolve the various problems that fall within the scope of our professional services.

Besides conventional legal services related to corporate, tax and general law, we are especially qualified to provide consultancy services for corporate restructuring, national and international investments, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and a wide range of extraordinary transactions. In addition to this, considering  some firm’s  consultants  previous working experiences, we are able to  defend corporations and individuals involved in tax inspections, tax assessments and/or tax litigations. Our of counsels include some of the most sought after professionals in this sector, who have acquired specific experience.

The very flexible and streamlined structure of the firm allows us to provide services custom-designed to suit specific client requirements.
