Navigation Data
Information systems and software procedures which are set up to operate this web site, in the normal course of operations, collect some personal data the transmission of which is implied when using internet communication protocols.
Although collected information is not associated to identified users, by its intrinsic nature it may allow the  identification of the users if processed and associated with third parties’ data.
This category of data includes: IP addresses or domain names of computers accessing the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the request time, the method for submitting the request to the server, the reply file size, the code describing the status of the reply supplied by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and user's computer environment.
These data are only used to collect anonymous statistical information on the site’s use and to control its proper functioning and are immediately deleted after processing. The data may be used to investigate for responsibilities in case of piracy or site hacking: in all other cases, data on web contacts are stored for no more than seven days.
Data voluntarily supplied by user
Discretionary, explicit and voluntary transmission of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site will imply the collection of user's address in order to reply to requests, possibly in addition to other personal data contained in the message.

Cookies
No users' personal data is acquired by the site.
No tracing systems or cookies of any type are used in the transmission of personal information.
The use of session cookies (which are not permanently stored in user's computers and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identification data (server's randomly generated numbers) which are necessary to move easily and securely around the site.

In absence of such data it might be impossible to fulfil the user’s request.

Pursuant to the same article, these subjects are entitled to request the destruction of data handled in violation of law, render data unidentifiable or inaccessible, and forbid their processing.
