Born in Rome in 1975, he is member of Milan Bar Association and is admitted to the Supreme Court’s and Superior Jurisdictions’ Bar. He earned the Law Degree in 1998 and the Sciences of Economic and Financial Security Degree in 2004 Magna cum laude both at Rome Tor Vergata University. He is member of the Technical – Scientific Committee of the Tribuna Finanziaria Review and of the Judicial Studies Committee of the Confederazione Unitaria Giudici Italiani Tributari (Italian Tax Judges Confederation). He is also member of the Tax Chamber of the Milan Bar Association. His practice focuses on corporate and tax law and tax litigation. He is author of several publications on tax and corporate law matters and he has achieved a significant experience as speaker in conferences and courses on his professional field.

Born in Milan in 1977. He earned the Law Degree cum laude at Insubria University in 2001, and has been admitted to Italian Bar in 2003. His practice focuses on civil litigation, corporate penal law, contracts and real estate. He is the manager of the Civil Law branch of the Studioes Committee of the Justice of the Peace Confederation. He is member of Monza Bar Association.
